Just about every piece of furniture we have is from furniture world. We’ve always experienced great customer service. Today was just another example of how great their customer service when Al drove an hour to fix our loveseat when I couldn’t get the back part to lock in. Al was a stand up guy. You could tell that by the way he presents himself that he is a hard worker and takes pride in the work he does. I have no problem spending money if I know I’m going to be treated with respect and with great service. Furniture world proves time and time again that they deserve everyone’s business based on how they treat people.
